These Terms govern your access to and use of FeelFlow. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

FeelFlow lets you create, customize, save and share cards (memories/events) combining text and media and, where applicable, a guestbook. Some features may allow exports (e.g., PDF).

2. User Account

You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your credentials confidential, and all actions taken through your account. You must not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

3. Public / Private Cards

You may create public cards (accessible via the link) or private cards (link + access key). You are responsible for sharing the link and, if applicable, the access key.

4. User Content

You retain your rights to the content you publish. You confirm you have the necessary rights (text, images, audio, video) and agree not to post unlawful, hateful, defamatory, violent or rights‑infringing content.

5. AI Assistance (if available)

If AI assistance features exist, outputs are provided as help only. You are solely responsible for how you use, verify and publish them.

6. Availability & Maintenance

FeelFlow uses reasonable efforts to keep the service available, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance may require temporary downtime.

7. Liability

FeelFlow is not liable for indirect damages, data loss due to external causes, or the consequences of links/keys shared by users. In case of reported abusive content, FeelFlow may restrict or remove access.

8. Data Protection

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. The version published on the site at the time of use applies.
