Privacy Policy — FeelFlow

Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data is a priority for FeelFlow. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is processed, and your rights under the GDPR.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is the publisher of FeelFlow. For any questions, you may contact us through the contact form (profile / admin section).

2. Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

  • Account data: username, email address, password (hashed), preferences (language, settings).
  • Card-related data: name, date, theme/shape, text content, media (images, audio, video), guestbook entries, privacy settings.
  • Technical data: technical logs (security, errors), IP address, session information, strictly necessary cookies.

3. Purposes & Legal Bases

Data is processed to:
– provide the service (create, edit, save and share cards);
– generate documents (e.g., PDF) when you request it;
– secure the platform (abuse prevention, technical traceability);
– provide user support.

Processing is primarily based on contract performance (service delivery) and legitimate interests (security and improvement).

4. Sharing & Hosting

FeelFlow does not sell or rent your data. Some data may be hosted/processed by technical providers (hosting, email delivery, etc.) strictly to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations.

5. Public vs Private Cards

Public cards can be accessed via their link. Private cards require an access key. You are responsible for sharing the link and, if applicable, the key.

6. Retention

Data is kept while your account is active and/or as needed to provide the service. You may delete your account (and associated data) from your member area when available. Technical logs may be retained for a limited time for security purposes.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. You can exercise these rights through your account features or by contacting us.

8. Cookies

FeelFlow uses only strictly necessary technical cookies (e.g., PHP session). No advertising or third‑party tracking cookies are used without your explicit consent.

9. User Content & AI

Content you create, upload or generate (including with AI assistance if available) remains your responsibility. FeelFlow does not pre‑moderate content and may act upon abuse reports.
